I started this tradition before Joshua was born. Or at least the thought began. I looked for a shirt and when YEAR 1 came, we were ready. Each year after his birthday I take a photo shoot outside. He isn't always the most agreeable subject. I do get him to stand and thru all the photo's I take, I can get at least one good picture. You ask, "why do I take these pictures?"So glad you asked. One day when he is 18 years old, he will actually wear the shirt. Maybe even to his gradation. (Hope I have a x-large shirt.) Besides the great photo spread this can make, it will be fun to see how he grows thru out the years. So, if you want to do this, just start. I keep his shirt in his dresser and in a ziplock bag. Then I take it out and iron it each year. Next time at this time we will do the same thing. I hope he will have grown taller. Hopefully he will get better at standing still and posing better! He has 15 more photo shoots!
