WHICH BALL SHOULD I PICK UP?

Don't adjust your screen, just your eyes. Yes, my picture looks a little out of focused. Sorry about that. I will have to get the little guy for another photo shot. Hopefully, you can see on the ground next to him by his feet, BALLS. This kid is crazy about them. At any given time during the day he is playing with one of them. We bounce from golf, to basketball, to baseball. When it's soccer season then it's a soccer ball. He doesn't just have one bat, but three. Why three? because probably that is what has been left over each season. I think he did pick one up from a compassionate sibling at Dollar Tree.

He will lay them out and hit from each about 3 times. Then he hands me the bat and tells me it' s my turn. He expects me to wear the helmet, AND the batting glove AND the glove. All of which are to small for my proportions.

Golf is the same way. He has to have 3-4 clubs and a few different colored balls. This would be more in line with the reality of the game. If you whack one ball in the woods, you pull out another one and you are good to go. Our first mowing time for this year, I found at least 10 balls all over the yard. This family loves golf. We even had clubs cut down for the 'JR's' of the family at one time or another. It's a great father / son bonding time. Life lessions~

So... you can see that activity is a busy part of this little guys life. Our front yard is littered with balls, clubs, bats, and more balls. I'm thinking of giving him his own container to keep up with this stuff.

One day my yard will be free of activity gyms, horsey's, bats, balls and be replaced with four wheelers, other big equipment, smelly tennis shoes...... it's just one big trade off.

One day I will buy my grandsons or granddaughters some balls AND bats AND golf balls!
